Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
